XX OFFER WAS DECLINED XX Specialised Training Session for practitioners supporting people who have mental health struggles in specific suicide ideation Thanks for choosing us to provide training for your staff on “how to provide support to non-white people experiencing suicidal ideation”. Right here I am excited. For these two reasons. 1. I will be working with you and a group of people who are providing a crucial service to society – especially in these tough times. 2. And you truly have a heart for equality as well as equity. As a psychologist as well as an educator and trainer, I’m honoured to educate as well as empower staff to level up their knowledge and performance, so they can serve the community with heightened diligence and expertise. ✅Your staff will acquire skills that give them competence and confidence to serve and work with the BAME part of your clientele. ✅Our charges start from £250 per person, per session for bespoke training. However, as you are a non-profit we’ll not charge you that. Here’s what I’ll do. Instead of charging £250 X 10 = £2500, I’ll give you a marked discount. What’s even better is, because I so want to support your staff in this noble work that you do(very close to my heart), in addition to that discount, I’ll give you a FREE follow-up half day training session worth £2500(free) - two months after the first training, in May. You may be asking what is this additional follow up training and why ? Outstanding practitioners as you know, are those who constantly acquire new knowledge and empowerment, practise it, relearn again and practise and this leads to developing mastery. Thus the FREE follow up training to help staff consolidate learning, evaluate how the skills learnt are practical and useful, cover the gaps and the questions that undoubtedly pop up as they start to implement and put the new learning and skills to practise. This follow up training is FREE -(worth £2500) My people here think I’m not ok. But I’ve said to them I’m ok - and for the lives that will be impacted it’s all worth it.
