These Specialised Strategy Sessions for teens are designed to unpick and ease the challenges that your teen is going through, provide clarity on way forward, and map out a strategic solution with actionable steps - steps your teen can take straight away - steps to inspire and ignite their courage, steps to enable them to take Action on the Information that we discuss, so they can begin to shift things around and experience the Transformation they deserve. WHAT'S MORE... At the end of each session the young person receives the video and audio recording of the session, and a worksheet to guide them through the actions and map their progress. The reason we give the recording is so that they can revisit our conversation again and again -- repetition is the first law of learning. Change entails learning new concepts, practising and then mastering - so revisiting and re-listening to the strategies is crucial. Remember adolescent years can last from 8-25 years so they have the advantage of access to strategies specific for them and support whenever they need it.
