This Strategy Call is designed to unpick and help ease the challenge you have with your teen, map out a strategic solution with actionable steps - steps to take straight away - inspire and ignite your courage, so that you are able to take Action on the Information, and begin to shift things and experience the Transformation you deserve. WHAT'S MORE... At the end of the session you get a video and audio recording of the session and a worksheet to guide you through the actions and map your progress. Change entails learning new concepts, practising and then mastering so revisiting and re-listening to the strategies is crucial. Remember adolescent years can last from 8-25 years so you want to have ready access to strategies that last and support you a long time.
